Laura Valentine

Laura graduated from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology. Laura joined Tschetter & Adams Law Office, P.C., in August 2011. 

Anna Kexel

Anna was born in Iowa City, Iowa but moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2004. She graduated from South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with a double minor in Psychology and Sociology. She is married to her husband, Carter, and they have a cat named Gilbert. Anna joined Tschetter & Adams Law Office, P.C. in September 2022. 

Debra Miller

Debra has been working in the legal field since 1979 in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Phoenix, Arizona, and now in Sioux Falls at Tschetter & Adams. Debra is a very active cat rescue volunteer. Debra has one dog, Zoie, and one cat, Zane Grey. 

Norah DeBoer

Norah has been with Tschetter & Adams since April of 2023. Before joining the firm, she worked with Attorney Karen Crew as a Legal Intern until Karen’s retirement. Norah graduated from Augustana University in 2025 with undergraduate degrees in Government & International Affairs, Classics, and Philosophy.
